Once you check to see what they mean though, you find that the simple dream you thought you had, wasn't so simple. To find the meanings of dreams you will first need to remember your dreams. At times that is very hard to do. A great way to make sure you can capture a dream before you lose it is to have a tablet beside the bed.
Remember those dreams as well as you can. If you can't get some pens and paper, place them close to where you sleep. When you have dreams write it as soon as you awake. Try and get all the information out that you can.
With dreams there are some themes that are very common. Meaning that several people dream about these things quite often. These include dreams about being chased, flying, being naked and falling.
Some people will dream a lot of being pregnant; it could be either the man in a marriage or even the female. It can mean that your life is changing and developing in many ways. And your fear that you're not quite ready to move on to the new way in life. But if you're pregnant there is a bit extra about fearing of being a good mother or father.
It's said that this shows you may lack a quality that the loved one has. One that you don't think you can live without and one that you want to have.
How about those dreams about being naked? Interesting to say the least, but what do they really mean? Well it can mean something as simple as you may be embarrassed about a situation you were recently in, or one that may go wrong in your mind. A way that you possibly caught off guard in a situation even.
It's pretty funny how the meaning can chance so quickly. One point you feel you are missing something, while the other you are becoming more! That's why the study of dreams has always been interesting and many psychologist spent years looking for meanings. Possibly the most entertaining were those interpretations done by Sigmund Freud. Very odd but almost all if not all of his meanings that he would come up for a dream would do with sex in one way or another. Thank goodness they aren't all like that anymore, it would be enough to even make the most sane person feel like they were losing their mind!
